The hotel provided an impeccable service, from the friendly staff to the exceptional private facilities. the room was spacious, clean, and well, designed. the exclusive amenities, such as the high, quality toiletries, soft towels, and luxurious memory foam mattress. the garden area was beautifully designed and reflected the Chinese culture.
Although the room was well, maintained, the floor and bathroom could have been cleaner to match the overall luxury of the hotel.

Located in the heart of the charming old city center, this hotel is an incredible experience. the rooms are spacious, bright, and come well-appointed with toiletries, hairdryer and luxurious towels. the staff is friendly and always eager to help with any request. Breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of options. the view from the room is breathtaking, and the facilities available ’ comfort are top-notch. Hotel maintenance and room cleanliness are a guarantee. the bathroom is bright, spacious and good enough for a relaxing time.
While the service and facilities are excellent, the lack of cleanliness in some areas of the hotel can be improved.

Our weekend stay was wonderful! The hotel's design was modern and chic. The room was clean and well-lit, with comfortable memory foam mattresses and thick towels. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was key, with easy transportation and proximity to restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the variety of toiletries provided in the room.
While the room was generally clean, the floor and bathroom could have been more thoroughly cleaned. However, this did not detract too much from our overall experience at the hotel.

The hotel provided us with all the basic necessities and toiletries we needed, which was really helpful. the towels were super soft and fluffy, and the shower was really nice. the location was perfect, with easy access to transportation. It was also great that the staff was always available to help us out with any questions we had.
The floor and bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.
